Salmon River Studios offers an after school art club at many area schools! This activity is a fun and challenging exploration of artistic mediums including painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, textiles and more. At the end of each term participating students are included in art shows at out studios in Tamworth. Lead by Ontario College of Teachers certified educators with years of experience, this activity offers students KG-G8 opportunities to expand their creative and technical abilities in a supportive, professional and engaging atmosphere. Students may join or leave the club at anytime, however, term long enrolment is suggested as we work towards culminating art shows which celebrate their achievements.
